FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 539 DATED FEBRUARY 4 1972, AS AMENDED BY MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 547 DATED MARCH 1, 1972, ENTITLED “ENJOINING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE COMMUNITY CHESTS AND COUNCILS OF THE PHILIPPINES.”

Memorandum Circular No. 539 dated February 4, 1972, as amended by Memorandum Circular No. 547 dated March 1, 1972, entitled “Enjoining Attendance in the Seminar to be conducted by the Community Chests and Councils of the Philippines,” is hereby further amended so as to include a representative each of the Provincial Governors and City Mayors concerned as among those authorized to attend the seminar.1âшphi1
