MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 548, March 8, 1972 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR ON THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND TREATMENT OF OFFENDERS. The Bureau of Prisons will conduct a five-day seminar on the prevention of crime and treatment of offenders on the prevention of crime and treatment of offenders from April 17-21, 1972, at the Sciences Pavilion, National Science Development Board, corner Taft Avenue and Herran Streets, Manila. In view of the importance of the subject matter of the seminar, the participation of not more than thirty (30) officials of the said Bureau and of all Provincial and City Warders is hereby authorized on official business, that is, on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, chargeable against funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
