MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 547, March 1, 1972 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 539 DATED FEBRUARY 4, 1972, ENTITLED “ENJOINING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE COMMUNITY CHESTS AND COUNCILS OF THE PHILIPPINES. Memorandum Circular No. 539 dated February 4, 1972 entitled “Enjoining Attendance in the Seminar to be conducted by the Community Chests and Councils of the Philippines,” is hereby amended to include the provincial heads of the Bureau of Forestry to promote greater community involvement therein, and to change the place of the Seminar to the DBP Auditorium, Makati, Rizal, instead of the National Federation of Women’s Clubs Social Hall, 2nd floor, National Federation of Women’s Club Building, 1056, J.
