AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 284, DATED SEPTEMBER 2, 1969, ENTITLED “ALLOWING GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES TO ATTEND COOPERATIVE SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS, CONFERENCES TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE AGRICULTURAL CREDIT AND COOPERATIVES INSTITUTE, UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES ON OFFICIAL TIME.”
The last paragraph of Memorandum Circular No. 284, dated September 2, 1969, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“WHEREFORE, government employees including public school teachers who are officers and members of cooperative bodies and who need cooperative training to discharge their functions effectively are enjoined to attend on official time seminars, workshops, conferences, meetings and training courses conducted by the Agricultural Credit and Cooperative Institute, University of the Philippines, Cooperatives Administration Office, Central Cooperative Educational Board and the Southern Philippine Educational Cooperative Center.”
