AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE JOINT NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE RADIOISOTOPE SOCIETY OF THE PHILIPPINES AND THE PHILIPPINE SOCIETY OF NUCLEAR MEDICINE.

The Radioisotope Society of the Philippines and the Philippine Society of Nuclear Medicine will hold a joint National Convention in Manila on April 7, 1972, on the theme: “RELEVANCE OF RADIOSOTOPES TO SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.”

All heads of departments, chiefs of bureaus, offices, chartered cities, and provincial governments as well as government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send their officials and employees who are members of the two societies to the convention on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. Those delegates stationed within the Greater Manila Area shall be entitled to reasonable transportation expenses only.

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1
