REVOKING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 311 DATED JANUARY 12, 1970.

Memorandum Circular No. 311 dated January 12, 1970, entitled “Terminating All Existing Details of Government Personnel in the Various Departments, Bureaus, Offices, Agencies and Instrumentalities, Including Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations,” is hereby revoked effective immediately.
