[ Memorandum Circular No. 537, February 1, 1972 ]

CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE TO PREPARE A COMRPEHENSIVE SYSTEM OF ROTATION AND ASSIGNMENT OF PERSONNEL.

There is hereby created an Inter-Agency Committee to prepare a Comprehensive System of Rotation and Assignment of Personnel in the government service. The Committee shall be composed of the following

ROBERTO V. REYES Assistant Executive Secretary	–	Chairman
ANGELITA OFILADA Presidential Economic Staff	–	Member
CARMEL C. PERFECTO Presidential Commission on Reorganization	–	Member
FILEMON U. FERNANDEZ Civil Service Commission	–	Member

The Committee, in addition to the above, shall review the Memoranda of Agreement submitted by the various departments pursuant to Administrative Order No. 272 dated February 15, 1971, with a view to incorporating such agreements into the comprehensive rotation plan.

The Committee shall also study and submit a schedule of implementation of the comprehensive plan of rotation such that public service shall not be disrupted.1âшphi1

The Committee shall submit a final draft of the Comprehensive Plan and the schedule of implementation within 30 days after receipt of all memoranda of agreement from the various departments.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
