ENJOINING HEADS OF DEPARTMENT AND CHIEFS OF BUREAUS, OFFICES AND AGENCIES OF THE GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS TO REQUIRE THEIR PERSONNEL USING RP MOTOR VEHICLES TO PAY THE REQUIRED TOLL FEES AND OBSERVE FAITHFULLY AND EXPRESSWAY RULES AT THE MANILA NORTH AND SOUTH EXPRESSWAYS.

In order to curtail the continuous and flagrant violations of the expressway rules at the Manila North and South Expressways by government officials and employees, all heads of department and chiefs of bureaus, offices and agencies of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby enjoined to require their respective personnel using RP motor vehicles to pay the required toll fees and observe faithfully expressway rules as embodies in Section IV of Administrative Order No. 2 dated March, 1968 of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, copy attached.
