AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE ON OFFICIAL TIME OF TWO COUNCILORS EACH FROM CHARTERED CITIES IN THE SEMINAR ON “CITY COUNCILS IN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT” TO BE HELD IN MANILA FROM MARCH 16 TO 19, 1972. SPONSORED BY THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION CONSULTANTS, INC.

WHEREAS, the Public Administration Consultants, Inc., is sponsoring a seminar on the role of City Councils in National Development in Manila, from March 16, to 19, 1972, with the primary objective of orienting city administrators to the over-all national economic and social problems and gearing local legislation towards national progress;

NOW, THEREFORE, chartered cities are hereby authorized to send at least two councilors each to attend, on official time, the aforementioned seminar, the convention fee of ?2,000 per city council sending representatives and transportation expenses to be chargeable against their respective funds, subject to the availability thereof and to the usual audit.1âшphi1
