ENJOINING ALL OFFICES CONCERNED TO EXTEND FULL SUPPORT AND COOPERATION TOWARDS MAKING THE SECOND NATIONAL SEMINAR AND CONVENTION ON THE ROLE OF BROADCASTERS IN FOOD PRODUCTION AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT A SUCCESS.

WHEREAS, the Agriculture and Rural Broadcasters Organization, Inc. (ARBOR) is holding a three-day national workshop and convention in Manila on December 13 to 15, 1971, to (1) update the agricultural and rural broadcasters outlook and understanding of government policies on food production and rural development, (2) improve the quality of agricultural and rural development type radio broadcasts, and (3) promote unity among agriculture and rural development broadcasters in the country; and

WHEREAS, the success of the undertaking depends on the cooperation and involvement of both public and private sectors.1âшphi1

WHEREFORE, all heads of departments, and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby enjoined to extend full support and coordination to the Agriculture and Rural Broadcasters Organization Inc.’s 2nd National Workshop and Convention to enable it to attain its objectives in promoting the Government’s crash program on increased food production and rural development and in impressing on our perople their role in nation-building.
