MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 522, December 7, 1971 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE CONFERENCE OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF GENERAL EDUCATION SUPERINTENDENTS, INC. The Philippine Association of General Education Superintendents (PAGES), Inc. will hold a conference on January 12-18, 1972, in Cebu City, for the purpose of discussing proposals for improving secondary education. All school superintendents of the Bureau of Public Schools are hereby authorized to participate in the conference on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, as well as registration fees all chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. The participants shall submit to the Secretary of Education a report on their attendance in the conference within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
