AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE ANNUAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR OF THE ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENT INTERNAL AUDITORS (AGIA), INC.
The Association of Government Internal Auditors (AGIA), Inc. will hold a convention-seminar in Baguio City on December 8-10, 1971, on the theme: “Participation of Internal Auditors in Achieving Economic and Social Reform,” for the purpose of orienting Internal Auditors with current concepts and requirements of social and economic development to make them more effective public servants.
All heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send to the convention-seminar not more than three (3) of their Internal Auditors who are members of the Association. Their attendance shall be on official time and their expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging and convention fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and audition requirements. It is understood that the participants stationed in Baguio City shall be entitled to reasonable transportation expenses and convention fees only.
The participants shall submit to their respective office heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1
