AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (PGEA)
The Philippine Government Employees Association (PGEA) will hold its 24th Annual Convention on December 8-10, 1971, on the theme: “The Public Servant, The New Constitution, And the Challenge of Change For A Better Tomorrow.”
All heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices including local government subdivisions and government-owned or controlled corporations, where there are PGEA chapters, are hereby authorized to send not more than three (3) delegates each to the convention on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, convention fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and audition requirement. Those delegates stationed within the Greater Manila Area shall be entitled to reasonable transportation expenses and convention fees only.
The participants shall submit to their respective office heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1
