MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 513, October 14, 1971 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF GOVERNMENT NURSES IN THE 14TH NATIONAL NURSES WEEK CELEBRATION The Philippine Nurses Association will celebrate this year’s National Nurses Week on October 24-29, 1971, pursuant to Proclamation No. 885 of the President, dated August 14, 1971.1âшphi1 The Office of the Secretary of Health, the Bureau of Medical Services, the Provincial Health Office of Rizal and City Health Departments of cities and national government hospitals within the Greater Manila Area, are hereby authorized to send not more than two (2) of their nurses who are members of the Association to attend the celebration on official time only, subject to the condition that the exigencies of the service will permit attendance.
