EXCUSING FROM OFFICE GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL BEGINNING 2:30 O’CLOCK P.M., OCTOBER 12, 1971.

In view of the inclement weather caused by typhoon “Dadang” which may pass by Manila, sometime this evening, government officials and employees holding office in the Greater Manila Area are hereby excused from work this afternoon only, beginning 2:20 o’clock, except those engaged in relief and rescue operations and the necessary personnel of the Weather Bureau.1âшphi1
