MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 506, September 21, 1971 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 437 DATED FEBRUARY 22, 1971, ENTITLED “REVISING THE POLICY REGARDING THE GRANTING OF REPRESENTATION ALLOWANCES TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.” Memorandum Circular No. 437 dated February 21, 1971, is hereby amended so as to include under sub-paragraph A-2 thereof, Public Works District Engineers as among the officials who may be granted monthly representation allowances in the amount of not exceeding ?350.00, subject to the same terms and conditions in the aforesaid Circular.
