AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES IN THE CREDIT UNION SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS, CONFERENCES, MEETINGS AND TRAINING COURSES TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE PHILIPPINE COOPERATIVE CREDIT UNION LEAGUE.

The Philippine Cooperative Credit Union League will conduct credit union seminars, workshops, conference, meetings and training courses in the various places of the country for the period from June, 1971 to May, 1972 in order to develop the present leadership of the credit union movement in the Philippines.

All heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, as well as government-owned or controlled corporations and local subdivisions, are hereby authorized to send their employees, as well as public schools teachers who are officers or members of cooperative bodies to attend credit union seminars, workshop, conferences, meetings and training courses of said League on official time only and subject to the condition that the exigencies of the service will permit attendance. They shall be entitled to conference fees and transportation expenses only chargeable against the funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds, the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

The participants shall submit to their respective office heads a report on their attendance in the seminars, workshops, conferences, meetings and training courses.1âшphi1
