AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SYMPOSIUM AND WORKSHOP ON MODERN POLICE ADMINISTRATION AND CRIME PREVENTION
The Philippine Confederation of Chiefs of Police, with the technical assistance of the Police Commission, will sponsor a Symposium and Workshop on Modern Police Administration and Crime Prevention for chiefs of Police from September 12 to September 18, 1971 in Manila.
In line with the policy of the Administration to improve the standard of policing in the country and to professionalize the police service, all city and municipal chiefs of police are authorized to attend the Symposium and Workshop on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, as well as workshop fees all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements, and to the condition that the exigencies of the service will permit attendance. It is understood that the chiefs of police of cities and municipalities within the Greater Manila Area shall be entitled to expenses for transportation and workshop fees only.
The participants shall submit to their respective office heads a report on their attendance in the symposium and workshop.1âшphi1
