AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 480 DATED JULY 13, 1971, CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE TO REVIEW THE IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS SUBMITTED BY THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION AND PREPARE A FINAL DRAFT THEREOF FOR THE APPROVAL OF THE PRESIDENT.

Memorandum Circular No. 480 dated July 13, 1971, creating an inter-agency committee to review the implementing rules and regulations submitted by the Civil Service Commission and prepare a final draft thereof for the approval of the President, is hereby amended so as to designate Mr. Jose M. Valdellon of this Office as Member of the said Committee in place of Mr. Jose Melo.

This Circular takes effect immediately.1âшphi1
