AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 479 DATED JUNE 30, 1971, URGING CHIEFS OF POLICE OF CHARTERED CITIES AND OF PROVINCIAL CAPITALS IN THE VISAYAS AND MINDANAO TO ATTEND THE REGIONAL CONFERENCE TO BE HELD IN CEBU CITY.

Memorandum Circular No. 479 dated June 30, 1971, urging chiefs of police of chartered cities and of provincial capitals in the Visayas and Mindanao to attend the Regional Conference to be held in Cebu City, is hereby amended so as to change the date of the conference from July 26-27, 1971 to August 6-7, 1971.

This Circular takes effect immediately.
