URGING CHIEFS OF POLICE OF CHARTERED CITIES AND OF PROVINCIAL CAPITALS IN THE VISAYAS AND MINDANAO TO ATTEND THE REGIONAL CONFERENCE TO BE HELD IN CEBU CITY ON JULY 26-27, 1971.
The Cebu City Police Department will sponsor a regional conference to be held in Cebu City on July 26-27, 1971, for the purpose of looking into the regional police problems and establishing a regional federation of police chiefs to ensure coordination and cooperation in the performance of their duties.
In view of the importance and timeliness of this conference, all chiefs of police of chartered cities and of provincial capital in the Visayas and Mindanao are hereby authorized to attend the conference. Their attendance shall be on official business with authority to draw to diems and reasonable transportation expenses chargeable against the funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
