MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 477, June 23, 1971 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SECOND PHILIPPINE MANAGEMENT CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINE COUNCIL OF MANAGEMENT. The Philippine Council of Management (PHILCOMAN) will sponsor the Second Philippine Management Congress to be held on July 21-24, 1971, at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Building, Makati, Rizal. The theme of the Congress is “New Dimension of Management.” Management experts, practitioners and educators both from the Philippines and other Asia-Pacific countries will participate as speakers, discussants and delegates. They will pool ideas, exchange information and explore new dimensions in management on the subject areas: The Role of Consultancy, Management Development and Agribusiness. In view hereof, all heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to allow attendance in the Congress of select participants on official time. The participants shall submit their respective agency heads a report of their attendance, with their observations and comments and deliberations in the meeting.
