URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE 2ND NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS LEAGUE OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (AOLP)

The Administrative Officers League of the Philippines, Inc. (ACLP) will hold its 2nd National Conference on June 2-4, 1971, in Manila or Quezon City, on the theme “The Government Employee’s Role in the Democratic Revolution.”

In view of the important role played by administrative officers in the day to day operations of the government, all heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations and local subdivision, are hereby authorized to send to the conference not more than two delegates each who are members of the League. The delegates coming from the greater Manila area shall be entitled to reimbursement of conference fees and transportation expenses only. Those coming from the provinces shall be entitled to expenses for transportation, lodging and subsistence, and conference fees, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

The delegates shall render a report on their attendance to their respective agency heads within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1
