MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 469, May 19, 1971 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP FOR ADMINISTRATORS ON APPLIED NUTRITION. The National Food and Agriculture Council will conduct a 2-day Seminar Workshop for Administrators on Applied Nutrition in Manila on May 26-27, 1971, in connection with the initial implementation of a Coordinated National Food and Nutrition Program in 10 provinces in the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao regions. The attendance of official time of not more than two (2) representatives each, preferably the head and assistant head of the bureaus, commissions and offices mentioned in the attached list, is hereby authorized.
