MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 463, April 27, 1971 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE FIFTH ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENT MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. The Association of Government Mechanical and Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. Will hold its 5th Annual Convention on May 13-14, 1971, at the Magsaysay Hall, SSS Building, East Avenue, Quezon City. All heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, mentioned in the attached list are hereby authorized to their mechanical and electrical engineers to the convention on official business, that is, on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, as well as conference fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. It is understood that the delegates stationed in the Greater Manila Area shall be entitled to expenses for transportation and conference fees only. The delegates shall submit to their agency heads a report on their attendance in the convention within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
