URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE ELEVENTH ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE AND CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE COOPERATIVE CREDIT UNIT LEAGUE. INC.
The Philippine Cooperative Credit Union League, Inc., will hold its 11th Annual Educational Conference and Convention in Baguio City on May 17-23, 1971, on the theme: “The Challenges and Opportunities Facing Credit Union in the Seventies.”
In view of the importance of this annual gathering, all heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, chartered cities, and provincial and municipal governments, as well as government-owned or controlled corporations, with duly registered cooperative credit unions, are hereby authorized to sent not more than two participants each to the conference. Their attendance shall. However, be on official time only, that is, at no government expense outside of salary and conference fee, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective agencies, subject to the availability of funds and the usual audit.
The delegates shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the conference.1âшphi1
