AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 449 URGING THE ATTENDANCE OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICERS IN THE NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE ASSOCIATION OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINES (AMHOP).

Memorandum Circular No. 449 urging the attendance of Municipal Health Officers in the National Convention of the Association of Municipal Health Officers of the Philippines (AMHOP) is hereby amended so as to authorize the participants in the said Convention transportation expenses chargeable against the funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
