AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE 11TH CONVENTION OF THE CONFEDERATION OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ORGANIZATIONS, INC.

The Confederation of Government Employees Organizations (COGEO), Inc., will hold its 11th Annual Convention at the SSS Building, Quezon City, on June 24-25, 1971, with “IMPROVING THE PUBLIC SERVICE THROUGH CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS,” as its theme.

Government employees organizations within the greater Manila area which are affiliated with the COGEO are hereby authorized to send not more than ten delegates each to the convention with the expenses for transportation and convention fees only chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

The delegates shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance and participation in the convention.1âшphi1
