ATTENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 450 URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE PUBLIC HEALTH ASSOCIATION, INC.

Memorandum Circular No. 450 dated March 31, 1971, urging attendance in the convention of the Philippine Public Health Association, Inc. is hereby amended so as to authorize provincial chapters of the Association to send two (2) delegates each to the convention with expenses for transportation, board and lodging and convention fees chargeable against the funds of their respective offices.
