INSPECTION OF HERALDIC ITEMS REQUISITIONED BY GOVERNMENT OFFICES.
Consistent with the provisions of Executive Order No. 310, series of 1940, Creating the Philippine Heraldry Committee as an advisory body to the President of the Philippines, this Office has approved the request to relieve the Committee of all administrative work not germane to its advisory functions.
Accordingly, all government offices concerned are hereby informed that effective immediately, deliveries of all heraldic items to all requisitioning government offices will no longer be inspected by the Heraldry Committee, but by the General Auditing Office.
Proper arrangements may be made with the Philippines Heraldry Committee for the training of inspection teams on the methodology refinements of inspection to protect the interests of the government.1âшphi1
