URGING THE ATTENDANCE IN THE SECOND NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENT MECHANICAL ENGINEERS AND SHOP OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC.

The Association of Government Mechanical Engineers and Shop Officers of the Philippines(ADMESOP), Inc. will hold its second national convention on April 21-23, 1971, at the JAYCEE Building, Cebu City, on the theme “The Proper Management and Full Utilization of Government Equipment and Machineries Geared to National Development.”

All heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including local subdivisions and government-owned or controlled corporations, mentioned in the attached list are hereby authorized to send their mechanical engineers and shop officers as therein indicated to the convention on official business, that is, on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence, and lodging, as well as conference fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. It is understood that the delegates stationed in Cebu City shall be entitle to expenses for transportation and conference fees only.

The delegates shall submit to their agency heads a report on their attendance in the convention within 30 days after the termination thereof.1âшphi1
