[ Memorandum Circular No. 432, February 5, 1971 ]

ENJOINING ALL DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, OFFICES, AGENCIES AND INSTRUMENTALITIES OF THE GOVERNMENT TO COOPERATE IN MAKING THE NATIONAL FLOATING FAIR A SUCCESS.

WHEREAS, the Federation of Provincial Press Clubs of the Philippines (FPPC) and the Federation of Registered NACIDA Producers are jointly launching a National Floating Exposition designed to promote local products and cottage and small-scale industries and to generate a feeling of oneness among Filipinos; and

WHEREAS, the success of the undertaking depends on the cooperation of both the public and private sectors:

WHEREFORE, all departments, bureaus, offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the Government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby enjoined to give full support and cooperation to the National Floating Exposition, in the advertising, display, promotion and other aspects thereof, to the end that it shall be an effective vehicle not only for promoting cottage industries but also for advertising their respective programs or activities in support thereof, and for communicating to our people their role in nation-building.
