CREATING A COMMITTEE TO SOLICIT CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE PRIVATE SECTOR FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE AREAS DESTROYED BY THE RECENT TYPHOONS AND THE RESETTLEMENT OF DISPLACED TYPHOON VICTIMS.
There is hereby created a Committee to take charge of soliciting contributions from the private sector for the rehabilitation of the areas destroyed by the recent typhoons and the resettlement of displaced typhoon victims. The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The funds to be solicited by the Committee shall be turned over to the National Disaster Control Center, care of Undersecretary of National Defense Efren I. Plana, which shall coordinate with the proper authorities regarding the disposition thereof.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
