REVOKING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 409 DATED NOVEMBER 21, 1970.
It is has been observed that the situation has generally improved in the areas where a state of public calamity was declared under the Proclamation No. 775, current series. In view thereof, Memorandum Circular No. 409, “Insuring a Three-Day Weekend for all Government Employees in the Areas Covered by Proclamation No. 775 of the President of the Philippines dated November 20, 1970, for the Duration of the State of Public Calamity Declared thereunder, and Prescribing the Working Hours therefor,” is hereby revoked effective tomorrow, December 8, 1970.
