MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 410, November 23, 1970 ] DEFINING THE BASIS FOR PAYMENT OF OVERTIME IN OFFICES AFFECTED BY MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 409 DATED NOVEMBER 21, 1970. Further to the provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 409 dated November 21, 1970, it is hereby declared that the basis for the payment of overtime in offices affected by said Memorandum Circular shall not be shortened schedule therein provided, but the regular official working hours of the government, which are 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M. Monday to Friday. Further, pursuant to existing regulations, in no case shall overtime pay exceed ? 200.00 a month for regular employees. By authority of the President (SGD.)
