GRANTING HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AND CHIEFS OF BUREAUS AND OFFICES IN THE GREATER MANILA AREA THE DISCRETION TO EXCUSE THEIR PERSONNEL FROM OFFICE TODAY.

In view of typhoon “Yoling”, heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, in the Greater Manila area, except those engaged in relief and rescue operations, transportation and communication, are hereby given discretion to excuse their personnel from office today, November 19, 1970, provided that a skeleton force shall remain in office to attend to official business transactions.1âшphi1
