MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 407, November 13, 1970 ] REQUIRING ALL CHIEFS OF BUREAUS AND OFFICES OF THE GOVERNMENT TO ACCOMPLISH AND SUBMIT A REPORT ON THE LOCATION OF THEIR PERSONNEL BROKEN DOWN BY CITY OR MUNICIPALITY. As a means of determining the location and disposition, in terms of their station by city or municipality, of the personnel of the National Government, in order that there will be a logical basis for the planning and implementation of a computer-based centralized Salary Disbursement System, and to devise a scheme for the orderly distribution of pay checks for the employees of the National Government, all chiefs of bureaus and heads of Offices of the National Government are hereby required and directed to prepare, accomplish and submit, within a period of seven (7) days from receipt or notice of this Circular but not later than November 30, 1970, a report on the location and disposition of their respective personnel, in terms of station by city or municipality, in the form hereto attached.1âшphi1 All are enjoined to act accordingly.
