REQUIRING PROMPT AND EARLY DISPOSITION OF ALL CASES PRESENTED BY THE PRESIDENTIAL COORDINATING COMMITTEE FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE AND AGRARIAN REFORMS.
All heads of departments, bureaus, and offices are hereby required to take immediate action on all cases presented by the Presidential Coordinating Committee for Social Justice and Agrarian Reforms (PCCSJAR) towards the prompt and early disposition of said cases.
When the cases involved can be decided by a particular department or agency, such cases should be disposed of within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt thereof.1âшphi1
All other cases which require court action should be followed up with the end in view of expediting action thereon.
Periodic reports on all cases pending and/or disposed of by the offices concerned should be submitted to the Office of the President:
