AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR ON THE PREVENTION

OF CRIME AND TREATMENT OF OFFENDERS.

The Bureau of Prisons will conduct an eight-day seminar on the prevention of crime and treatment of offenders from November 28 to December 5, 1970 at the Science Pavilion, National Science Development Board, Manila.1âшphi1

In view of the importance of the subject matter of the seminar, the participation of not more than thirty (30) officials of the said Bureau and of all Provincial business, that is, on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, chargeable against funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
