URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE 23RD ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (PGEA).

The PGEA will hold its 23rd, Annual Convention on December 9-11, 1970, in Manila, on the theme “The Public Servants in the Realm of a Truly Responsive Constitution.”

Considering the timeliness of the convention theme in view of the forthcoming Constitutional Convention, all departments, bureaus and offices, including local government subdivisions and government-owned or controlled corporations, where they are PGEA chapters, are hereby urged to send not more than three (3) delegates each to the convention on official time, that is, at no additional expenses on the part of the government outside of salary.

The delegates shall render reports to their agency heads on their attendance in the convention.1âшphi1
