In view of the report from the Weather Bureau the typhoon “Sening” is expected to pass by Central Luzon, including Manila, sometime this evening, government officials and employees holding office in the Greater Manila Area are hereby excused from work this afternoon only, beginning 4:00 o’ clock.1âшphi1
