URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE COLLOQUIUN ON THE CONSTITUTION

The Bureau Directors Association (BUDIRAS) will sponsor a “Colloquium on the Constitution” starting on Thursday, October 8, 1970, at the National Library Conference Hall from 2-4 P.M. The Colloquium is divided into five sessions with each session devoted to a particular subject, namely: (1) the Constitution and the Bureaucracy (October 8); (2) the Constitution and the Bill of Rights (October 22); (3) the Constitution and the Theory of the Separation of Church and State (November 4); (4) the Constitution and the Form of Government (November 26); and (5) the Constitution and the Concept of Ownership (December 10).

Considering the significance and importance of the subject matter to be discussed during the sessions in relation to the forthcoming Constitutional Convention, the heads of bureaus, offices and agencies of the government including government-owned or controlled-corporations, are hereby authorized toa ttend the sessions on official time, together with at least three staff members of their respective offices.
