EXCUSING FROM OFFICE GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL BEGINNING

3:30 P.M., SEPTEMBER 29, 1970

In view of the fact that public transportation services in the Greater Manila Area are disrupted due to the strike staged by jeepney drivers, government officials and employees holding office in the Greater Manila Areaa are hereby excused from work this afternoon only, beginning 3:30 p.m.
