FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 374 DATED JULY 29, 1970.

Memorandum Circular No. 374 dated July 29, 1970, urging attendance in the 16th annual convention of the District and City Engineers League of the Philippines (DACEL), as amended by Memorandum Circular No. 385 dated August 20, 1970, is hereby further amended so as to re-schedule the convention for October 5-9, 1970.
