EXCUSING FROM OFFICE GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL BEGINNING 12:00 O’CLOCK NOON, SEPTEMBER 1, 1970.

In view of the fact that public transportation services in the; Greater Manila Area are disrupted due to the heavy rains causing floods in most of the streets in the said Area, government officials and employees holding office in the Greater Manila Area are hereby excused from work this afternoon only, beginning 12:00 o’clock noon.
