AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 374 DATED JULY 29, 1970.

Memorandum Circular No. 374 dated July 29, 1970, urging attendance in the 16th Annual Convention of the District and City Engineers League of the Philippines, is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

“The District and City Engineers League of the Philippines will hold its Sixteenth Annual Convention at the Magsaysay Hall SSS Bldg. Quezon City, on September 7-11, 1970, on the theme “THE ROLE OF DISTRICT AND CITY ENGINEERS IN RESTRUCTURING THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL ORDER FOR THE 70’s.”This convention will feature talks from resource persons and is primarily aimed at increasing the efficiency of engineers in the field.

“All District Engineers of the Bureaus of the Public Highways and Public Works, City Engineers, High­ways Division Engineers, BPW Regional Engineers, as well as three (3) representatives from the DFW&C, BPH, IOC, and PES, are hereby authorized to participate in the said Convention,. This shall entitle them to transpor­tation and other necessary expenses chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual account and auditing requirements.”
