[ Memorandum Circular No. 383, August 7, 1970 ]

URGING ALL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES CONCERNED WHICH ARE OPERATING WITHIN THE AREA OF THE FILIPINAS FOUNDATION PROJECT IN MAGALANG, PAMPANGA, TO EXTEND FULL ASSISTANCE TO THE PROJECT.

WHEREAS, the Filipinas Foundation, Inc., has agreed to assist the Government in its food production and rural development efforts, particularly in the Municipality of Magalang, Province of Pampanga;

WHEREAS, to carry out the project, the joint efforts of various government agencies concerned and the Filipinas Foundation, Inc., are imperative;

WHEREFORE, all departments, bureaus, offices and other instrumentalities of the government including government-owned or controlled corporations which are operating within the area of the Filipinas Foundation project in Magalang, Pampanga, are hereby directed to extend full support and assistance to the project. The Land Authority shall coordinate the government agencies concerned.
