MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 380, August 5, 1970 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 375, SERIES OF 1970 URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE EXECUTIVE SEMINAR ON LAND REFORM IN THE 70’S. Paragraph 3 of Memorandum Circular No. 375 series of 1970, is hereby further amended to read as follows: “In view of the importance of the land reform program, the Land Authority, the Agricultural Credit Administration, the Agricultural Productivity Commission, and the Office of the Agrarian Counsel are hereby authorized to send the said seminar two representatives from the Central Office and one from the Regional Offices of the said Agencies. All the other offices and agencies mentioned in the attached list are likewise authorized to send to send to the Seminar two participants each, one from the Central Office and another to represent the entire regional offices of each agency. Their participation shall be an official business, that is, with reasonable expenses chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.” By authority of the President: 1âшphi1 (SGD.)
