EXCUSING FROM OFFICE GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL BEGINNING 3:00 P.M., JULY 14, 1970

In view of the fact that public transportation services in the Greater Manila Area are disrupted due to the strike staged by some jeepney operators and the heavy rains causing floods in most of the streets in the said areas, government officials and employees holding office in the Greater Manila Area are hereby excused from work this afternoon only, beginning 3:00 o’clock.
