AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 364, SERIES OF 1970

Memorandum Circular No. 364, series of 1970, creating a committee to study and implement the recommendation of the Epifanio Delos Santos Committee (EDSA) to ease traffic congestion along Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue, is hereby amended so as to include the mayor of Mandaluyong, Manila, Rizal, as an additional member of the said committee.
